Payment Policy

Room Bookings:

• 100% of the payment is required 30 days prior to the check in date.

Exclusive Villa Bookings:

• 50% payment is required upon confirmation of the reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be paid 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or early departures must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellations must be received within the cancellation period defined below:

30 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charges apply.
29 days or less prior to arrival : A 100% cancellation fee applies.

Villa Occupancy Policy

The villa accommodates up to a maximum of 8 guests, including children.
The villa comprises of the following 4 rooms:

• Guest Pool Suite (1 x King Size Bed)
• Guest Corner Suite (1 x King Size Bed)
• Master Suite 1 (1 x King Size Bed) With a Private Living Space
• Master Suite 2 (1 x King Size Bed) With a Private Living Space

Extra Beds

• A maximum of two extra beds can be arranged.
• Rates (inclusive of taxes and breakfast):

Child (4–11 years): USD 50 per night
Adult (12 years & above): USD 75 per night

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• For guaranteed early check-in, it is recommended to book the villa for the previous night.
• For guaranteed late departure, it is recommended to book an additional night.
• Luggage storage is available if early check-in or late check-out is not reserved.

Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed.
