Terms and Conditions:

Payment Policy

• 50% of the total payment is required upon confirmation of the reservation.
• The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations or early departures must be communicated in writing via email.
• Written notice must be received within the following time frames:

30 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation fee will be charged.
29 days or less prior to arrival:A 100% cancellation fee applies.

Lodge Occupancy Policy

The lodge accommodates a maximum of 4 guests, including children
The lodge comprises of the following 2 rooms:

• 1 x Master Suite (Queen Size Bed)
• 1 x Queen Suite (Queen Size Bed)

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• To guarantee early access, guests are advised to reserve the night prior to arrival.
• To ensure late departure, an additional night’s reservation is recommended.
• If extra time is not reserved, luggage storage will be provided.

Pets Policy

Pets are not permitted on the premises.
